1. Local Delivery (Kuwait)

- Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS upon shipment.
- Return Delivery Fee: For returns from outside Kuwait, customers are fully responsible for covering the return shipping cost, regardless of the order value.
3. Customs & Import Duties
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country.
- These fees are not included in our prices and are to be paid directly to the relevant customs authority upon receipt.
4. Order Tracking
- Local deliveries: tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
- International deliveries: tracking will be sent via email/SMS.
- You may also contact our support team at any time for assistance.
5. Delivery Failures & Redelivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned.
- A redelivery fee may apply depending on the situation.
